Privacy Policy

We collect what we need to get a box to your door and nothing we don't. This page says exactly what that is, who else touches it, and how to get it deleted.

1 · Who we are

This site is operated by Alpha Omega LLC, 7817 Valderrama Way, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34202. We are the controller of the information described here.

2 · What we collect

When you start filling in the order form

Your name, email address and phone number are saved once the email field is complete, before you submit. This is so we can reach you if you don't finish, and it is why you may receive a reminder about an order you abandoned.

When you place an order

Your shipping address, your coffee and flavour selections, your order number, and whether you consented to marketing texts.

Payment

Stripe collects and holds your card details. We receive only a payment confirmation, the last four digits, the card brand and the result — never the full number, and never the security code.

Automatically

Standard web server information: IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps. This is used for security and to keep the site working.

We do not ask for, and do not want, information about your health conditions, diagnoses or medications. Please don't send it to us. If you mention something health-related on the verification call, our staff do not record it.

3 · What we use it for

• Fulfilling your order — the verification call, packing and shipping the box
• Transactional messages: order confirmation, the call, shipping and delivery notices
• Customer support, including anything you contact us about afterwards
• Fraud prevention, including detecting card testing against this $5.95 offer
• Marketing email and text messages, only where you have consented
• Meeting our legal, tax and accounting obligations

4 · Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run the business, each handling data on our instructions:

Stripe

Payment processing. Stripe is the controller of your card data under its own privacy policy.

GoHighLevel (HighLevel Inc.)

Our customer records and the system that sends our email and text messages.

Netlify

Hosting for this website.

Shipping carriers

Your name and address, so the box can be delivered and tracked.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to enforce our Terms of Service, or to protect our rights or someone's safety. If the business is ever sold, customer records may transfer as part of it.

5 · Text messages

Transactional texts about your order are sent because you placed an order. Marketing texts are sent only if you ticked the consent box, and that consent is never a condition of purchase.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

We do not share mobile numbers or text consent with third parties for their marketing, and we do not sell them.

6 · Email

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and we honour it promptly. You will still receive messages necessary to complete an order you have placed.

7 · Cookies

This site uses only what it needs to function — a session cookie for the checkout, and storage set by Stripe to secure the payment form against fraud. We do not run advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels on this site. Your browser settings can block cookies, though the checkout will not work without Stripe's.

8 · How long we keep it

• Order records — seven years, for tax and accounting
• Marketing contact records — until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion
• Abandoned order details — twelve months, then deleted
• Server logs — ninety days

9 · Your rights

Wherever you live in the United States, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you
• Give you a copy of it
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete it, subject to records we must keep for tax purposes
• Stop sending you marketing, by any channel

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with comparable laws hold these rights by statute, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of — but the request will be honoured and confirmed.

10 · Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11 · Security

The site is served over TLS, card data is isolated inside Stripe, and access to customer records is restricted to the people who fulfil orders. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not hold the thing attackers most want — your card number is not ours to lose.

12 · Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes affecting how we use information already collected will be notified by email.
