These terms govern your use of freehealthsamples.com and any sample box you order from it. Placing an order means you accept them. They are written to be read, not to be impenetrable — if anything here is unclear, call us before you order.
1 · Who you are dealing with
Free Health Samples is a sampling program operated by Alpha Omega LLC, a Florida limited liability company, at 7817 Valderrama Way, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34202. Throughout these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean Alpha Omega LLC.
The products in the box are manufactured by LivePURE. We are an independent distributor of those products. We are not the manufacturer and we do not formulate, test or label them.
2 · What the offer is
The sample box contains four single-serve or trial-size products: an instant coffee, an energy and focus drink mix, a hydration drink mix, and a metabolism support supplement in capsule form.
The products themselves are free. You pay a one-time charge of $5.95 covering shipping and handling.
There is no subscription. Ordering a sample box does not enrol you in any membership, trial, auto-ship or recurring plan. The $5.95 is charged once. We will not charge your card again for any reason unless you place a separate order and authorise it at that time.
No further shipment will arrive unless you specifically order one. There is nothing to cancel.
3 · Who can order
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- We ship to United States addresses only, including APO/FPO and PO boxes.
- One sample box per household. Duplicate orders to the same address or household may be cancelled and refunded.
- The offer is available while supplies last and may be withdrawn at any time.
4 · The verification call
We call every person who orders before anything ships. The call confirms your shipping address and your coffee and flavour choices. It usually happens within one business day of your order, Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm Eastern.
This is a service call about an order you placed, not a sales call. If we cannot reach you after reasonable attempts, we will ship to the address you entered at checkout.
5 · Orders, pricing and payment
Submitting the order form is an offer to buy. We accept it when we charge your card and send a confirmation. Until then we may decline or limit any order — for example where we suspect fraud, card testing, duplicate household orders, or where stock has run out.
Payment is processed by Stripe. Card details are entered directly into Stripe's systems and are never stored on our servers. The charge appears on your statement as FREE HEALTH SAMPLES.
If a price or product detail on this site is obviously wrong, we may cancel affected orders and refund you in full, even after you have been charged.
6 · Messages you agree to receive
When you order, we will send you transactional email and text messages about that order — confirmation, the verification call, shipping and delivery. These are necessary to fulfil your order.
Marketing texts are separate and optional. You only receive them if you tick the consent box. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Our Privacy Policy has the detail.
7 · Returns and the guarantee
Our Shipping & Returns policy sets out delivery timing, the 30-day guarantee and how refunds work. It forms part of these terms.
8 · Health and the products
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Nothing on this site is medical advice, and we are not qualified to give any. Dietary supplements affect people differently. Consult your physician before use, particularly if you are pregnant or nursing, taking any medication, or living with a medical condition. Not recommended for anyone under 12.
Three of the four products contain caffeine. Read the labels and take that into account alongside anything else caffeinated in your day.

9 · Acceptable use
Don't attempt to break, probe or overload this site, submit other people's details, place orders through automated means, or use the site for anything unlawful. We may refuse service to anyone who does.
10 · Intellectual property
The text, design, photography and layout of this site belong to us or our licensors. LivePURE product names, packaging and marks belong to LivePURE. Nothing here grants you a licence to use any of it.
11 · Limitation of liability
We provide this site and the sample box as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you actually paid us — which for a sample box is $5.95.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Some states do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Manatee County, Florida, and you and we both consent to that jurisdiction.
13 · Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the one published when you placed it, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.
